- Mr. P. N. Kabra and Mr. Dilip Kabra are the founding members of the Asha Kiran Charitable Trust, an initiative dedicated to provide food and education to the underprivileged.
- Mr. Dilip Kabra also serves as the Founding Chairman of Lion Kartar Singh Hospital, which offers quality healthcare services at affordable prices, making medical support accessible to all.
- Mr. Dilip Kabra is a trustee of the Aditya Birla Vyapar Sahayog Foundation, further supporting initiatives that drive positive social impact.
- Mr. Dilip Kabra is also a trustee in Maheshwari Pragati Mandal, Mumbai. In addition Mr. P. N. Kabra & Mr. Dilip Kabra are the founding members of Gaushala that provides care and shelter to elderly cows that are no longer able to produce milk, ensuring they live with dignity and compassion.
